The non alcoholic Negroni is quickly becoming a zero proof classic. It is, of course, inspired by the original Italian aperitivo and offers the same bitter and bold flavors. The typical recipe calls for a simple and equal mix of Gin, Campari, and Vermouth. In our preferred recipe we've changed some of the ratios and added a couple extra ingredients. Check out our recommended alternatives below, but remember you can mix and match different options if you want!

Tips to enhance your NA Negroni
If you really want to impress your guests we've got a couple secret ingredients that will take your Negroni to a professional level. They may sound bizarre but they sure do work!
Secret ingredient #1: Sushi rice
Want to add more texture and mouthfeel to your Negroni? Adding a surprising ingredient, sushi rice, is a great technique. This tip is inspired by the cocktail named "Rosé Colored Glasses" that was created by mixologist Leanne Favre. Sushi rice will enhance the drink’s mouthfeel by soaking up the starch from the rice. To incorporate it into your Negroni recipe, simply add a couple tablespoons of sushi rice to your mixing glass with the rest of your ingredients. Stir well and then fine strain before serving.
Secret ingredient #2: Apple cider vinegar
A solid tip for adding some intensity to your Negroni would be to add a dash of apple cider vinegar. This ingredient will add sharpness to your cocktail that you traditionally get from alcohol. You'll just need a splash but you'll want to use a high quality ACV, we love Little Apple Treats Original Apple Cider Vinegar.
I was not expecting the sushi rice tip but it makes sense. I will try it out in the Negroni and I imagine it would work in other mocktails too.
