Instantly elevate your brunch experience with a sip of this uplifting non-alcoholic Italian classic! The Peach Bellini is a delicious and bubbly feel-good cocktail, and it’s really easy to make a non-alcoholic version of this sparkling peach pleaser — you just need a couple of ingredients!
Perfect to serve during brunches, lazy afternoons, and really any part of the day as long as you get the craving for something fancier than your usual go-to.
The important thing to remember is that your Peach Bellini will taste only as good as the peaches you use to make it with. White peaches may be more readily available than the yellow variety depending on where you are, but either option should be good.
If you don’t have easy access to peaches, it’s totally fine to use frozen ones. To make the best purée, we find that peeling the peaches beforehand works best. If you’re opting for frozen peaches, don’t forget to let them defrost first before blending.
A classic Peach Bellini calls for Prosecco. You'll find a fantastic selection of non-alcoholic Prosecco in our shop. We recommend the No & Low Sparkling Chardonnay, a one-for-one replica that tastes exactly like premium sparkling wine. However, if you want the ultimate Peach Bellini, you can go for the No & Low Sparkling Peach wine for a peachier, fruitier flavor.
The resulting cocktail is a fantastic blend of sparkling bubbles and fruity decadence, chilled to perfection!
