Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri ingredients
Whether you’re making the frozen or shaken variation, both recipes will require fresh strawberries, fresh lime, ice, sugar and a top tier non alcoholic spirit like Everleaf.
Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri
• 2 oz Everleaf Mountain non alcoholic aperitif
• 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 oz simple syrup (or maple syrup)
• 5 strawberries
• 1 cup of ice
Shaken Strawberry Daiquiri
• 2 oz Everleaf Mountain non alcoholic aperitif
• 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 oz strawberry syrup*
• Strawberries, for garnish
*How to make strawberry syrup:
- You’ll need 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of white sugar, and 1 cup of quartered strawberries.
- Pour your water and sugar into a saucepan at medium-high heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Then mix in your strawberries and bring the liquid to a boil for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer until all the strawberries are mushy and you’ve got more of a sauce.
- Strain liquid into a bottle or glass jar and refrigerate. This recipe can be used to make about 6 to 8 servings of your Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri’s.
How to make the Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri
Frozen Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri
- Pour your Everleaf Mountain, freshly squeezed lime juice, strawberries and simple syrup into a blender with 1 cup of ice.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane style glass or a wine glass works well too.

Garnish with strawberry slices or a lime, if you’re feeling fancy an edible orchid is a nice touch.
Shaken Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri
- Pour your Everleaf Mountain, freshly squeezed lime juice and strawberry syrup into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well until you’ve got the perfect chill.
- Pour into a coupette or martini glass.
