Tastes nothing like gin and dilutes tonic water.

By itself it tastes a bit like flat watered-down Sprite. It doesn't even have the classic gin scent or taste of juniper. It is pleasant enough to drink but nowhere near $30 worth of pleasant to drink. I tried adding it to my favorite tonic water, as per recommendations; it just made the tonic taste watered down.

Best nonalcoholic alternative I’ve had

Really tasty. Doesn’t really taste like a gin, but goes great with tonic. A bit spicy, nice to sip on, and refreshing. I’m ordering another two bottles.

Pine

I could see the appeal to this but it’s not for me. All I taste is pine. Not to happy with how a lot of cocktails with this turned out.

Peppery

This definitely made my tonic more interesting but I can only taste the pepper! It’s not bad, it’s just one note. I thought I would be able to taste some of the other gin flavors but no!

So-so

The most noticeable taste here is pepper, which I gather is supposed to mimic the "burn" of alcohol. It's okay with tonic and lime to give it some additional notes, but not a favorite.
