Proteau’s second offering brings similarities of a fresh Lambrusco and typical spritz, but with deeper complexities. This refreshing & bright non-alc aperitif is driven by strawberry, chamomile, rhubarb, hibiscus, and a touch of artisanal Champagne vinegar.

I did not personally enjoy the taste, but it was good mixed with kombucha!
Strong & potent smell/flavor. Very good for my palate but I can imagine this one getting mixed reviews because its really unique.
Overall has a good flavor, a bit too earthy for me, relatively strong smell of vinegar and pretty strong vinegar taste that really covers most of the fruity notes. Would reccomend mixing with other drinks for best results.
The palate and nose described on this site is accurate, however this one was a tad too earthy and vegetable tasting for my liking. Also not enough fizz on its own for me to drink as a straight spritz. I’ve mixed it with tonic water, soda water, mineral waters and flavoured ones as well, and they all have very different reactions and bring out different notes. Some mixes were better than others, but I definitely had fun experimenting with it.
