Gnista is best described as complex and intense non-alcoholic drinks that resemble fine spirits. Just like any spirit it can be sipped neat as well as used as a base for non-alcoholic cocktails. Gnista has been made possible through a unique combination of gastronomy, food tech and classic spirit making techniques, where distillation, brewing and barrel aging are central. It’s crafted by hand and in small batches in Skåne, Sweden. Floral Wormwood is bitter and intense and Barreled Oak is smokey and with lots of tannins from oak.

Potent floral aroma with spices, full-bodied, bittersweet, beet & rhubarb with complex layers from almond, orange, ginger, chamomile, oregano and of course wormwood, long finish that will have your palate begging for more.

Gnista Barreled Oak:
Rich & smoky with warm spices, full body mouthfeel, bittersweet with lots of smokiness & oak, beet, malt, rhubarb, dried herbs & spices, cinnamon, and ginger with a long savory finish.
