The first non-alcoholic spirit truly resembling a fine spirit. Hand-made & Swedish.
Gnista is best described as a complex and intense non-alcoholic drink that resembles a fine spirit. Just like any spirit it can be sipped neat as well as used as a base for non-alcoholic cocktails. Gnista has been made possible through a unique combination of gastronomy, food tech and classic spirit making techniques, where distillation, brewing and barrel aging are central. It’s crafted by hand and in small batches in Skåne, Sweden. Floral Wormwood is bitter and intense and Barreled Oak is smokey and with lots of tannins from oak.
- Sip neat with or without ice, mix with a premium soda water or tonic.
- Store in dark cool place, once opened drink within 2 months.
Good to know:
- Batched by hand in Sweden
- Two 500ml bottles
- 30 calories per serving
- 6gr sugar per serving
- All natural
- 0.4% alcohol or less
I didn't care for either and after 2 sips drained the rest down the sink. Really boring.
I was skeptical at first but love these "whiskeys". The barrel oak is a great sipping one, which I was wanting, the wormwood is great for mixing, I suggest with something a little bitter to counter the sweetness.
